All of those 3 you've mentioned have barely played championship football. The potential in the long run looks good.

So I think it's a bit unwise to pin your hopes on these young lads

I'm not. Only 1 will start, but the squad is looking better and better - not to mention the quality of other 'regulars'. We really should be positive.

Our home record is better than both of them and people tell me we need to sort our home form. We have picked up 4 more points away than Millwall have at home and they have lost 5 home games out of 8. Plymouth have lost 3 home games out of 8 so statistically they lose half their home games between them.

people putting too much pressure on certain games...have to get 3 points here or whatever...we dont

we are aiming for a playoff spot..which would be an amazing achievement considering we have no parachute payments

just enjoy it and see how it develops over the next few months
