Whisky

For the first time in ages I'm not buying from WB...nothing massively jumped out, maybe might have bought the Macduff it it wasn't in a 50cl bottle.

Loads of stuff I've got saved in various baskets elsewhere.

I've gone the other way, hardly bought anything from WB in the last 6 months but added 3 today. Mainly on account of not really bothering with SMWS recently.
It's good to shift your business around sometimes ;)
Think it will probably be Cadenheads, MOM Indie Bottlings and WB moving forward next year. I don't really buy any core range myself these days as with 3 daughters, a grandson and the missus topping those up every Birthday, Xmas & Fathers Day I get my fill. With some of the SMWS prices climbing recently and North Star seemingly cancelling releases , think these 3 are best value of the Indies now.

aye bizarre...
The MoM bottles can be cracking value.
Really enjoyed their 8 yr old teaspooned Glen Scotia this year as well as quite a few others.

edit just noticed on latest Tyndrum bottles the NS Tarot ( blend bottle has appeared) More incoming ?

Yes that was an excellent dram, I bought 2 and wished I'd got more.....
Anybody tried the Ailsa Bay 1.2 sweet smoke release.
Normally around £60 but Loch Fyne have it on a price drop for £40. Decent value for 48.9%.

I'm all spent, nothing catching my eye enough
I was torn but went for the 17 yr old Linkwood and topped up with the 10 yr old Blend to get free delivery ( it’s canny for £32)
Nothing else appeals at the prices and like you an expensive month and to come…see what’s in Duty Free on Friday. Normally shite but we want a bottle for our trip
17yo Linkwood for £65 isn't too shabby
Aye thought that 👍
