Never ate in there yet. Breakfast sound decent. Been in a couple times for pint when out with family. Not had the full night time experience in there yet.

Went to the quiz last Wednesday, went on for far too long, it was still going at almost 11pm :lol: Also too many ‘games’ that cost an extra £1 here and there - don’t mind paying extra but advertise it so people can bring the right amount in cash

Can’t stand a quiz that goes on and on. Few quick fire question rounds. Music and pictures. Tie break. Boom. Done.

Agreed. Though it didn't start until 8.30 which explains why it finished neigh on 11pm. Really enjoyed the visit but if you're gonna do a quiz on a week night, have it done by 10pm. And state how much it's going to cost beforehand so people know to bring extra cash
 
Quizzes like that arenot really quizzes they are paid voluntary imprisonment just designed to keep you there till closing time.

The very worse ones are ones that give out free beer tokens right at the end so you have to go back another time if you win them.

They were reading the prizes out in the royalty one neet a ‘meal for two’ the bloke shouted. I shouted ‘what’s second prize a meal for three?’
Only about 12 people in so it was a wasted effort. But I found it hilarious.

I won 20 pints by knowing what animal the Canary Islands are named after.

It was 10 past 11 when we got our prize the utter shitehawks.
