Euro 2028 Stadiums

If the Anfield pitch doesn't meet UEFA requirements his come they play their UEFA competitions there?
The size of Anfield’s pitch means it is not a UEFA required stadium, which is the same reason why it’s unable to host Europa League or Champions League finals.

Tbh wouldn’t get picked over Everton’s BMD stadium anyway

Pitch is good enough to host semi finals though. What a crock of shite UEFA are.

Ground?

Stadium of Light isn’t on the list because of the bias the FA has against the North East and particularly Sunderland and a reluctance to use it for a big football tournament. It’s ok for the Lionesses and a meaningless friendly against a team known more for Rugby and Cricket than for football and nations know more for chocolate. Just not for a significant football tournament.
Wow you just blame the FA and think it is fixed against Sunderland.

What a load of horseshit.
Their ground's a fuckin' lopsided eyesore.

Ours needs a lot of TLC.
So yours needs work and ours doesn't.

I wouldn't have a clue - never set foot in the place for years.

Your hospitality areas were shabby last few times I've been there for works dos.

They have all been done up. I havent been to the SoL for years either but based on people or here even basic maintenance is not being carried out.

It’s not really a surprise is it

st James is a better ground ( in the eyes of other fans ). It’s in a more accessible and if we are being honest a better city that has a lot more to offer.
Dont think other fans see it as a better ground but its a city with far more to it, than Sunderland.
