He probably won’t be fit to play until Nov/December, so the tactics from Southampton will be to send him back then try again in January for half the fee or even free
 
Taking away the jokes and jokes aside inside the jokes outside, what's gannin on with Stewartsy, why hasn't he signed yet?
 
Southampton can be a right bunch of twats here if they really want to. they know his contract situation. this is our last chance realistically to get good money for him. move the goalposts at this hour regarding the fee and what do we do? tell them to fuck off or take a few million less for example because it's now or never

Why? Its a transaction between two private companies. We as fans might be interested but until its done its surely confidential information about an employee and a private individual. Do you post on twitter when you change jobs and inform everyone of your new salary? Its actually none of our business really when you stop to think about it.

It would be hilarious if Stewart left the club, calling everyone dickheads and saying Sunlun is shite to then have to come back with with his little Scottish sausage firmly tucked between his legs.
