If this does fall through due to his medical, I wonder if RS suddenly wishes he’d committed to the deal we offered. He’s missing out on some serious money cos he’s not on a big contract currently

Rusyn supposedly what, £2m? Chelsea loanee probably nothing/buttons, and the two French lads one of whom was released by his club to come here.

So that’s plenty left over, and hopefully being put to work on bringing in the experienced midfielder we need in the next hour.

Are you talking about Adil when saying someone was released, I saw something about that earlier, assumed it was nonsense?

I would have thought he'd of cost a bit.

Aye. His club seemingly released him for free to sign for us. At least that’s what French media reported.
 
I'm curious as to how long this is taking, seeing as though he flew down yesterday. Something must be up.
 
If he has failed his medical (pinch of salt I know I know) would it likely be more due to his current injury lasting longer than expected or because he's not expected to recover well from it?

Guesswork of course but just curious
