If he's not good enough, who are we going to sign that is for the money we would get. I have a lot of faith in our approach aside from their ability to sign a striker or players that immediately make an improvement to the starting 11.
The 10mil would just go in their bank for a year more than likely

He's not imo. Needs to be in a team generating a lot of chances. The likelihood - if he plays premier league level - is he will play for a bottom end team. I just don't think he's clinical enough

I’d imagine we will want to secure a deal for a replacement before allowing Southampton to press on with signing Stewart.

Can’t sell him this late in the window with no definite replacement in. It would be borderline neglect. If anyone wanted him seriously, they should’ve put a proper offer in well before now.
