I’m in. Stewart is better imo, but they’ve both scored roughly the same number of goals in the Championship, so that could just be bias.

Otherwise, it’s a case of swapping an older striker, coming off a very serious long term injury, on a short contract, who fundamentally doesn’t want to be here, for a younger player, on a long-term contract, who will surely be more motivated to prove himself here.

Board would be mad not to be curious.

Problem is if cannon goes elsewhere as boro have bid

Plenty of deals get held up until the replacement has inked his contract. We should do that. Stewart isn’t turning Southampton down, so unless we get him - no deal.

If we fuck that up, board deserve pelters and will get them.

Given there is a triangle here and Everton have an interest in Adam’s, they could also tell Boro to fuck off.

He's still played nearly 10,000 mins at CF for United. I hadn't appreciated he's played more on the wings than upfront.

But then I've barely watched the Prem since we got relegated. So i'm not the best judge.

Im hoping rusyn alone isnt the replacement
