Boro thread

To be seen  You really missed the boat and now have no 25 goal plus forward to rely on
Oh right.
I must have missed the bit where Sunderland got promoted (hence not missing the boat), and didn't you lose the player you all raved about ?

You're 2 points ahead of us (after a grand total of 3 matches), and you got knocked out of a cup by a league 2 side (at home).
A cup we're still in by the way.

Yes, we haven't had the best of starts - but, have you?

I don’t keep up to date with Seaham Redstar so I’m not sure how well you’ve started

A 2-1 home win against Rotherham is an absolutely cracking result mind.

Boro haven't started well but I have to say Sunderland are flying.
The divvies are back. Sorry, that should be divvy. The others are in hiding till they get a result.

Oops! Two divvies are back. I'd forgotten all about @seahamstarkravingmad.

You struggled to beat Huddersfield who had ten men

We performed well yesterday and should have won the game.

Silvera, one of the new signings missed a couple of sitters late on. He's raw but a real livewire and could develop into an excellent player.
My Middlesbrough supporting colleague claims that you should have won yesterday but that you missed two glorious opportunities. Much better flowing play just lacked a cutting edge. He thinks the Pritchard link is bizarre as he offers nothing different to what you have. Your thoughts?

Carrick's system was found out at the back end of last season, it seems as though he's unable to change tact, they are on a terrible run now.
