Any male could be charged with this sort of offence simply by a pissed up woman complaining to police. It could be me, my son, my mate etc. Given his high profile, I'm sure that if there had been evidence to prosecute (& find guilty) the case would've continued. For me, same as any worker anywhere he returns to work. Over the years I can recall, Steve Moran, Mark Wright, Jonny Evans, our own Titus (brother took the rap I recall) all being charged. Ched Evans etc.
For me, move on, let him play

Take it you haven't heard the tape marra...?

He might not have been prosecuted and a free man, and I use that term very lightly, but I wouldn't want him anywhere near my club or my family/daughters, no matter what.

This whole thing is messed up. His non compliant accuser and himself now have a child together, I’m sure everyone’s already aware. Scumbag yes, think we can’t deny him a career when not convicted of any crime. His potential victim is the mother of his child and think they’re probably getting married.
How to unpick this shitshow. I’m on the let him play footy side of things. 20 year old entitled millionaire behaves like an idiot, it’s not a surprise to me.
