I think it's rather charming. And only 20 minutes walk to Harrods. That's got to seal the deal.
You basically paying for the Address/Postcode and a terrace to have you photo taken on. Having a private lift is not what it seems either as you have yearly maintenance and testing fees.

I think if you got rid of the furniture, curtains and kitchen, it would look a hell of a lot better.
I'd probably say no, too big for me, too many curves, plus I got nee mates or large family to fill it. Guess everyone has different needs and taste, decent enough, just not me.
