It looks like non of Robinson, De Leede, Potts or Raine will play for the Northern Pombears. So unfair we aren't getting use out of them while other sides are of their Hundred players.

RE Glover he may as well have his contract ripped up. He's clearly not fancied, despite him being a player Campbell knows well.
 
I was wondering why I didn’t see this game on the main page but when I was outside and I noticed it

Raine is with Manchester Originals, other than I agree with everything else you’ve said.

Potts and Robinson are both 24 and both capable of many years of international cricket for England.

Yet Superchargers playing Wiese who's 38 and Parnell who's 34 instead of Potts.

Then albeit a different type of player to Robinson

But they are playing Short who's not had a cap for Australia and isn't in their latest 18 man white ball squad. So we're just weakening our own international team by having our young talents sat carrying drinks.

Think Manchester playing 35 year old Gleeson instead of 25 year old Tongue as well.

Exactly, whats the point of this, paying money to complete nobodies in Parnell and Wiese at the back end of their careers. I dont get it

Who is that supposed to be benefiting?

Agree with all the above apart from the short dig. He's very unlucky not to be in the aussie squad. Was really good in the big bash but does seem to get overlooked

I'm not saying he's not a good player, just you'd rather see Robinson continue on his fine form this season. Short the only none English batsman in the side hence used him as example. As short bowls not really a like for like.

Surely pointless having a backup keeper for a tournament that short in length anyway.
