Ipswich website bizarre pub guide

what an absolute load of shite. i've been to nearly every ground in the country and sunderland must be one of the best for an away fan.

not exactly difficult to find pubs in the town centre. Jamesons for fucks sake

I've seen a few away fan guides just lazily list the closest Wetherspoons tbf.

It's a shoddy list. No research whatsoever.

I used to see the ones SAFC sites done for Portsmouth away and it was always the same. The Good Companion which is a dreadful GK pub/restaurant that just happened to be the closest to the ground away fans were allowed in.

I just don't get this tbh. You can drink on the sea front and make your up to the Stadium from there or you can drink in the town and make your way across the bridge. Both routes have dozens of pubs and places to eat and none will be home only. How is that not class for an away day?

I get the town isn't great for a night out these days but it seems made for a day out at the match.
