nice little ground, short walk from the seafront, got a decent pub next door and only a short bus ride from the centre of brighton.

Saw Durham play there in 1994 but having seen the ground on TV it's changed a bit but still looks canny, locals are friendly. A MLF fan I knew at the time was wanting to smack a couple of mags at the end of the game that he spotted in the crowd . Ireland beat Italy in World Cup the night before.
