Leeds away £47

Are they fuck 😂
I don't get this who's the biggest club thing .Sunderland and Leeds both massive clubs Sunderland more successful pre late 60s leeds seventies onwards not much between them

Something surely has to be done man! Sheff Wed first now these, taking the piss out of fans.

Surely the easy solution is for the league to set a maximum figure for away tickets….say £30. Only downside is that some clubs might reduce the away allocation and sell more tickets to home fans…..unless the league then set a minimum % of tickets must be available for the away team! Nothings ever simple these days!

I don't like the fact its £47, but I paid £50 away at Chelsea the day Jordan Henderson made his debut and loads around me got kicked for standing up albeit at a premier league game. Footy is fucked and has been for a while.

I think you will probably sell out at our place...you usually fill the away end..No doubt we will sell out at yours
so..are we doing each other a favour as football fans?
are we bllx...We are simply asking to bent over again
Until there is some sort of national organisation, we just carry on in thrall to this crap
SKY? BT?..no help , because as football fans find it unaffordable, they switch to the cheaper option of watching it on these channels, win/ win for them...
As we squabble and take the p*ss, they rake it in, laugh up there sleeves and whitter on , rubbing your back, while p*ssing down it and telling all of us...its raining
We need something like a
"Stay away Saturday"
just don't sodding go...Then the guilt will kick in, its what they play on, the blind loyalty of such as Sunderland and Wednesday fans and fans all over the country
We find it easier to slag each other off, over crap we have no control over, cos thats what we have ALWAYS done, its the sheer tribalism of English football, and its totally self defeating..But hey
"Lets all laugh at Leeds"
its what we do....
You are right mate. If this happened in Germany the fans would stick/club together and boycott till it was sorted. Its why their football is orientated towards the fans more than pretty much any other country.

First post. Leeds fans are as pissed off at match day pricing as other fans. Hopefully the latest update can be followed across the board and make football affordable to as many as possible.

Our ST base has remained unchanged over the last 4 years (23,000 approx) but what has changed is the waiting list which is 22,000. The club have decided not to sell anymore STs during this period bar replacing the few hundred that do not renew with those at the top of waiting list.

The clubs stance is that with an additional 50,000 members paying £50 a pop for a membership they need to have a fair crack at getting tickets

Know plenty of Leeds fans around where I have my ST that are paying double per game from what I pay if I break my ST down to a match by match status. My ST for last season was £389. Someone doing those 19 home games with just a membership would have paid circa £800.

Blaming the fans of other clubs is a race to the bottom imo as is increasing ticket prices on a tit for that basis so hopefully the clubs new stance will benefit away fans at ER and be reciprocated when we travel away.

Can you inform branches that we are
pleased to announce that the the club

opportunity to agree a reduced away

Be fun when Wednesday play leeds mate....mutual agreement of £49.....I agree its got sod all to do with the fans, I don't, nor did blame Leeds fans when you upped the prices a few years ago...Fans have sod all of a say in it, but there you go, none of us get on and petty rivalries will f.ook us over forever.
We laugh when other clubs lose their grounds, take the p*ss when other teams head for admin, its a bloody myopic stance to take, its self defeating , but its the way English football fans are, in the main.
Owners of football clubs will always play on it, as we all set our sights on the fans up the road, we take them off the chancers who run the shambles.
Dunno the answer to it, We aren't organised and that set on sniping at each other, theres little chance of change as I see it.
