Rashford training with Phil Foden

This is all Southgate's fault this is, getting all them English players in a squad and getting them to leave the tedious bitter rivalry at the door. F*cking magnificent it is, we are gonna win something big soon. Bookmark this. The future is Bright and English.
 

International team mates so nothing in it. Mind, if I saw Neymar training and being pally with Dybala I’d be fuming.

It's well worthy of a debate mate. Whilst they may well be friends it does seem odd that two players from rival clubs would be filmed training together outside of international duty. Perhaps it's fairly common, but I can't recall seeing this much before, if at all.

Is it a big deal, probably not, but in terms of perception, not the best imo and another stick to beat the players with if things aren't going well.

I agree I think some seem to think I’m raging about it hah, just wondered what people thought. I stand by that if one of our own did this with a mag player the reaction on here would of been very different.

You'd think so, but you'd probably get a fair few defending it, playing down the rivalry and encouraging them to hold hands and sing a local hero/wise men say mix whilst they practice keepie ups.

It's not like..there should be no issue in the slightest that rashford is training with Foden like. Not as if any club will gain any advantage over another as a result.

It's literally as the poster says, two mates who are employed by different employers training together.

Na mate seriously, He is good, be patient bruv its coming. Do the stats of English managers(I rated Cappello too btw) We constantly are knocking at doors, it will open soon, trust me. Certainly wouldn't have seen the United/Liverpool/Chelsea players doing it in the mid to late 2000's during the so-called "Golden Generation".

Why on earth would be bothered if Neil trained with longstaff. If they were training together it would be because they were mates

Absolute nothing wrong with it at all. Phil Bardsley used to socialise alot with Danny Simpson whilst both played for newcastle and sunderland. Used to play golf, meals,
Drinking etc it means absolutely nothing and any whose outraged by things like this really need to evaluate life
