If playing a swashbuckling innings once every 3 or 4 years or so is acceptable so be it. Batting in the top 6 we need consistency from Stokes not the odd miracle innings

I cant recall any of Stokes innings bar his last hurrah at Headingly in the last Ashes

Don’t necessarily disagree I’m just happy with your effort here. Make a thread about broad please.
 
Waste of his talent averaging 35 with the bat. Needs to apply himself more in all test matches not the big games

Also needs to drop to 7 as he is our best batsman to bat with the tail

I don’t think you can be telling Ben stokes what to do whilst the bloke is 150 not out marra 😂
 
If we hadn't folded like a pack of cards in the first innings, we would have won that easy. What a shame that knock wasn't match winning.
