For me its all the approach and mentality. We have been casual, too laid back, not treating the series/occasion with the respect it deserves. That has bred sloppiness and poor decision making (Bairstow is certainly symptomatic of that but many others too). Aussies are focussed, professional, ruthless and will win because of it i fear.

He has never had any movement since his broken leg and looked unfit at Chester
Sadly picked on past reputation and has been well off the pace

Thing is if they approached it the other way i.e 2 years ago prodding around, they would have died slower than this. This England team isn't great.
