Season Ticket Tracker 2023-24

Nonsense. Every club has idiots.

Both clubs are well supported but Sunderland are regionally supported and Leeds draw support nationally.

If Leeds and Sunderland played in a cup final and hypothetically the stadium was a 1 million capacity, and each club had 500k allocation, Leeds would definitely take more than Sunderland anywhere in the country.
I'm seriously embarrased for you

Why do fans from smaller clubs come on here to tell us how big they are.
Have Leeds got a forum you could use instead?
I appreciate you’re just looking for a bite but what absolute nonsense this is.
Little Leeds for fuck sake.

Lived in Leeds for 17 years. Never met a more fairweather support for a supposed 'big club'. Until Bielsa turned up, barring the core support, no one gave a shite about football. You didn't hear it mentioned at work/in the pub at all. Everything was Rugby League. There were games you struggled to get 20k into ER in the 08/09 season.

As soon as you got a sniff of getting back into the Prem everyone was all of a sudden a lifetime ALAW super Leeds gobshite. I've got some good mates who had season tickets during the League One years and even they will say your support fell to pieces during that period.

they've always had a very good away support IMO , but agree about at home

Couldn't agree more. I do think they're a big club but so many people I know from Harrogate nominally support Leeds, but few went to the match regularly, until they got to the PL. Their numbers in the League One/ Championship years speak for itself.

A friend of mine from work goes Leeds home and away and she'll happily admit their fanbase fell apart during those years. Obviously there's reasons for it though. But it didn't stop it from happening.
