Season Ticket Tracker 2023-24

For adults?

What I mean is, it should have been cheaper in the lower concourse behind the goal to attract people to get tickets there.
They will no doubt use the empty seats down there for the SAFC Community Cashback Scheme if they run it this coming season.

I know a lad who’s getting season tickets for him and his two bairns with us because he can’t get them for Newcastle. Just wants his kids to be able to watch a decent standard of football regularly.

He’s a mag but isn’t one of these people who hates everything Sunderland.
Makes sense if the kids havent nailed their colours to the mast yet. There'll soon be a generation of Newcastle fans who've never stepped foot inside St James in the same way as out of area Man Utd/Liverpool fans get derided for.

Bit of a balancing act as there's only two league teams in the North East (ignoring Boro) and its a huge geographical area up to the Borders and across to Cumbria.

I know of a Norwich fan who same as me has Sunderland season cards for him and the bairn to get to watch football. My lad (5) has become a massive Sunderland fan but he was born in the RVI and we live north of the Tyne. As an outsider, it's mad its so tribal when you're 10+ miles out of the city centre.

You must be West of Hexham for it to take that long, unless you're restricted to 40mph

It can take 45 mins post FT just to get out of Sunderland by the time I walk back to the car etc and then the A1 near the angel is mostly closed after 10pm due to the construction works which means a detour through Gateshead. Hexham is 15 mins up the road from me.

Evening games are also sometimes 8pm KO's due to TV.

Good support by Sunderand fans despite your tickets being very cheap but can't fault your support for this upcoming season.

Ah so you’ve changed from supporting Sunderland to not?

I've got a season ticket mate. Meet me at the Ipswich game you're obsessed.

Still want to meet? Still got your season ticket?
I'm hoping we can get in the prem in the next few seasons. This season mid table, next season playoffs and go from there.

Unfortunately with the mags looking like being a consistent top 6 club or more in the future, it will have a detrimental effect on our support in the years ahead.

This is still a belter

Aye he was. Offered to meet me for first game of the season and has a season ticket.

Here’s another.

Our support is very good and we would not look out of place back in the prem, that's for sure. Hopefully we go up.

Our support is very good. Being truthful we have always had a bigger support than Boro but we have never had as big a fanbase as the Newcast*e, the whole country knows that, but we do have a good support. We are in the middle of the two clubs support wise.
