Showed signs last season he wasn’t happy with some aspects of recruitment. The recruitment in January wasn’t exactly good. Got nothing he needed. He’s no soft touch is Mowbray and his frustration was there for all to see.

He was part of the Dutch lads transfer discussions according to the northern echo last week

he said they have been happy with him. I don’t think he gave any guarantees that he would start the season as head coach as the Echo seemed to say.

So they have been all away on holiday just back ages after the season has finished and he might go now very unlikely

I’d love Mowbray’s job. His remit gets smaller by the day on here!

Not his role in contracts, incomings, outgoings, press releases, first day of pre-season, bleep tests and now the training pitch as well. Might as well hoy Samson the cat in to do his job

I’m not saying he’s sacked. I’m saying it’s odd. Because it definitely is!

It is definitely a bit weird how off the radar he has been. No quotes on new signings or departures, no photos at training on day 1, very little mention of him from Speakman. All after a few out of the blue rumours that we might be moving him on, it's definitely unusual.

Wonder if that's the future of the role at the club or if it's specific to Mowbray.

I'm sure he was also involved in Triantis' transfer , he had zoom meetings with him I think I read ?
