Ajaz Patel’s stint with Durham has now ended with the Kiwi returning back home to New Zealand, in his place Lancashire spinner Matt Parkinson has returned on loan and will be available for Durham until at least the end of July.
He’s in the side
He’s a handy three dimensional cricketer, but he’s not yet shown any reason to prove he’s a frontline red ball spinner. Could operate as a very nice second option in this game alongside Parky though.
