Still no response to my emails in connection with not getting confirmation of purchasing a Season ticket. Money taken though. My local team , Maidenhead Utd have better customer care across the board. SAFC need to have a word with themselves. Very poor off the field in the ticketing dept.

I’m sure this will already have been said but ticketmaster has some problems with certain email accounts. I had to change mine to my works email and resend.

It’s more of a problem with ticketmaster than the club.

Having said that a simple reply from the club would go a long way.

I’ve booked a few music concerts through Ticketmaster and never had a problem with emails but I can’t get them when I’m dealing with the club
 
Still had nowt from the club regarding not using the digital tickets like. Sent the email after I was requested to by the club about two months ago.
