You make the correct assumption…the point was about whether it was a fair trade off, marriage for a tattoo ( wouldn’t get it a portrait on my neck) not the merits of a tattoo in general

My initial point stands. I couldn’t take someone with a neck tattoo seriously. Not someone I’d want to get to know.
