Absolutely refuse to believe that this pleb hasn't heard of half the players he says so. I've heard of just about every Boro player because I take an interest in football. There's not many sides who we play where I don't know most of their players. As a fan it's part and parcel of knowing what you're up against, enjoying the game, being interested in football in general. Ridiculously poor attempt at attention seeking on a message board

Are all Boro fans as weird as the ones on here? Surely as a football fan you know all about the teams in your own league? I would say I know of most of the players in every team’s lineup, and certainly know who the star players are and who to look out for. To say you didn’t know who a Man Utd loanee was who was getting rave reviews all season is just plain stupid, like Sunderland fans saying they’ve never heard of Akpom, or Gyokeres for Cov.

Your supporters sometimes refer to him as Amad, and sometimes he's referred to as Diallo.
Supporters of other clubs aren't necessarily bound to know one person is being referred to.

Aye because watching the odd highlights programme and watching our matches including the other team playing is being a statto. It just means I use my brain, not my fault you can’t engage either of yours. Maybe they don’t announce the other team at the Riverside due to the lack of brain capacity of the occupants if you are a typical example - it may cause cerebral overload.
