Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


Wondering how many 23/24 season ticket holders and people who’ve bought different seats haven’t received their digital ticket yet. I know I haven’t. At least I had 4 and a half hours of my life to spare on Wednesday to queue up at the ticket office and get a paper ticket instead.

I bought 2x for BCB and got digital tickets at same time as confirmation. Both newcomer ST for 23/24 season.

They both went to my spam folder though. Check there.

They aren’t there. I’m not arsed, I’ve got paper tickets. Just wondering if others haven’t had them delivered at all.

i bought 2 tickets in premier concourse instead of reserving my own season ticket in south west corner and got the email with tickets straight away. although maybe you have made the same mistake i did initially. my tickets were tagged to the bottom of the confirmation email which i realised the 2nd time i looked?

Nope. Not there either. I’ve checked that email a hundred times thinking I’d missed them 😂

1. did you buy using a ST
2. if so were these your OWN Seat - if so, ST is activated
3. if bought with a ST, but you moved seats, you will get E-ticket via email
4. if you have a GMAIL email account, tickets may not arrive
5. if you do, and can login to update email address do so
5. if you cant , you need to speak to Chris Waters on twitter and he may help you sort it out (ticket office aint replying to email so not bother trying)

Start from Step 1 and see how far you get

I know exactly how it works mate. I should have had a digital ticket but I haven’t. I’m not arsed, I foresaw the problem when the tickets didn’t arrive immediately so went to the ticket office to get paper tickets. I’m just wondering if others who are due digital tickets haven’t got them.

Clam down dear .. Im just trying to help!

I know some folk who got them at time of purchase, and a cpl of lads not long after .. albeit in their junk/spam folder.
1 lad had an issue but he was on GMAIL, however he's OK now too.

I've bought my season ticket seat and still haven't received my ticket. Joke.
