I think I read somewhere on here on another thread recently that our capacity was reduced somewhat due to the area they created at the back of the premier concourse for media/cameras and also something else somewhere in the ground. So our absolute capacity now with that reduction + segregation etc is actually not as high as it once was in the past.

Someone else might be able to confirm that but sure that’s what I read.
 
Is it just gmail.co.uk addresses that are affected? I've been registered with a gmail.com address and never had any issues with buying tickets.

Tickets bought today arrived immediately.

It's an odd one as I use G Suite with a custom domain and haven't had the issues others have described.

For all the tech talk of specific filters or mx records that prevent bulk sending, the Gmail domain seems to be the common thread in most complaints, rather than the service itself.

Yeah the capacity approved by the council is 48,039 for a segregated match but this doesn't take into account the new measures of having the 8-9 rows empty out of 21 rows in the away section.

And to be honest I still cant work it out where all the extra 1,300 unaccounted seats are :idea:

I bought 4 tickets this lunchtime. When should I expect them into my emails? Got the confirmation of purchase but no tickets as yet.
 
Ordered 4 and received confirmation (which was in junk), but not received a 2nd email with the tickets

any ideas?

Same here, ordered early, no sign of anything after confirmation.
