Yes but the issue is they haven't sent an e-ticket. I just got a confirmation email saying they would send a e-ticket. That is the same for my two pals who I sit with. I have no doubt the SC will work but as hard as try I can't see anything from the club saying that is how it will work.

I don't actually need one so deleted it.

Not why but there's obviously still some kicking about. Might be more after the ticket office closes.

Its got your seat number etc then a sentence below saying 'you will be sent a digital ticket via separate email which can be printed at home'. I appreciate that I can use my card but its an utter nonsense of an email. It's terrible that you need to come on here for accurate information.

I think someone said earlier in the thread that it’s a standard email they send out for confirmation and it says you’ll get a further email with a digital ticket. They should send out a different confirmation email for those with season cards that will be activated. Laziness probably or just an oversight.
 
Thanks mate. Bizarre how they gets things wrong time after time. Its not too difficult but they will be inundated by people saying where is my digital ticket as it states on the email. Piss and brewery land these lot.
If you read the whole email it tells you at the bottom, although it is poorly worded.

I think it's a combination of laziness and ineptitude.
 
I know folk who only had ASSIGN this time around had issues buying for others, when they then had both MANAGE and ASSIGN said person was able to purchase more than 1 ticket were these were networked
I managed my sons account and purchased a ticket for him yesterday. It also let me assign one to my mate and his daughter. Not sure what problems people were having with assigning tickets?
