Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


This is the world's biggest ticket seller. They can cope VERY easily with little SAFC :lol:

They didn't cope that well imo. There were problems and error selecting + adding the best seats left in a particular section that were still available, presumably because several users going for them. Only resolved it by going a couple of rows back from that.
 
If there is ANY advice I can give that is gonna help (and I've said this numerous times over the past 3 days).. Please ensure EVERYONE in your NETWORK is both MANAGE and ASSIGN functions for EVERYELSE

MANAGE and ASSIGN is allocated through a 2FA style process when the networked ticket holder received an email to approve.

ANYONE still using Gmail as part of their SAFC account should also change this at the earliest opportuinity
manage won't matter for wembley because you're assigning the ticket.

however, next season, manage will allow you to share someones ticket with someone else.
 
I think so mate. When I got mine for the seats o have on season card at the summary at bottom on check out it said season card activated.

Mind you it also said in the email confirmation about receiving another mail with digital tickets 🤣. But I think that was just because the standard email template from the ticketing system was used.


Imagine the hell on if we all turn up and the cards haven’t been activated 🤦‍♂️

Blimey that’s a blast from my childhood I’d long forgotten. Think I won 50p once for colouring in the picture in the hartlepool mail and sending it in. 50p into my Yorkshire bank account to spend on sweets 🤣.

I know folk who only had ASSIGN this time around had issues buying for others, when they then had both MANAGE and ASSIGN said person was able to purchase more than 1 ticket were these were networked

They will probably make everyone get permission again if we get to Wembley to stop fraud

was that for season ticket holders who had a reserved seat? in that case, manage was also needed. for wembley, no one has a reserved seat, so it's the same as buying for an away game.
 
It just confirms that our ground isn't big enough to cope. We have to plan for the future if our ambitions are to be realised. When we get promoted, they have to start considering an extension.

It’s not field of dreams ffs :lol:

Lots of clubs sell out every week (we don’t) and have extra demand for tickets (we don’t).
