Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

Worked great for me. Join a queue. Get an email when you get towards the front. Select the seats you want and pay. All sorted in a couple of minutes.

The queue thing was not communicated well.
I logged on at 11.55 expecting not to get on as it was published as available at 12pm
Instead said I was 7500 in queue. I could have logged on much earlier.

It was not communicated you could log on before 12.

I`m gonna have a pissed off 12 year old when he gets in from school tonight but tbf thats some going to sell out in that time. I`ll be honest I didnt really expect that.

I still havent managed to get the poor sod a home shirt this year , he`s made to make do with training tops and the like .

Haway sunderland man get yer act together
Hettonlass says there is still a few blocks that have been held back and will probs open soon maybe a 1000 seats or so, I would keep checking this thread and the website, hope you and your kid get sorted mate

That's shocking.

Well its wrong because it should have opened at 12pm as stated
that's standard practice with tickets for any event, if there's too many people trying they queue so the website doesn't crash with the traffic, especially with handling payments etc.
there will have 100% been people get in at 12pm, just because you didn't doesn't mean it was the same for everyone

common sense surely? Whilst they said tickets will go on sale from 12 Noon, SAFC did not state anyway, you could not visit the ticket page til this time?

Queue started about 11:20 IRRC

Its not just SAFC that do that, most online ticket sale have a queue-it system (or similar) to avoid traffic crashing the website

Where’s the posters that said we weren’t selling enough tickets despite them only being available to season ticket holders gone?

just to put it in to perspective, boro have4 had tickets on sale over a week and aren't above 20k
Just had a neb and they're doing phases

Thursday 11 May @ 9am: Seats on sale to supporters with 10+ points
Thursday 11 May @ 2pm: Seats on sale to supporters with 2+ points

No if you tried to log on yesterday it said . No access this opens at 12 pm

However there are people on here who said they logged on at 11am and were 30th in the queue. That is wrong .

If it said opened at 12 that is when it should have opened not an hour earlier

As much as I dont want anyone to miss out, how is it a "shitshow" when the ground is sold out?
How about season ticket holders not been able to get tickets? How about the shit communications? How about turning off the emails and telephones? How about hundreds going to the ticketless office to sort out issues? How about turning people away from the ticket office? Apart from that it's been 👍
