Been in London all week just on my way home now. Forgotten my e ticketing password. Tried to get it reset but haven’t received the e-mail. With no phone lines or e-mail option there’s nothing I can do. Luckily have Sky but just seems wrong not being there.

Shite that mate. So they've sold your ST seat to someone else by now presumably.

I find its woeful on mobile but works excellently on desktop.

Does need sorting as more and more use their phone for everything

I know I should have remembered from last year the password reset doesn’t work on my phone. Should have took my tablet to London.

No luck for me. Had to register as a new customer today but wouldn`t accept new customers for tickets so will have to watch it on TV. Well done to those who got tickets. Hope it`s a great day for you all.

Worked great for me. Join a queue. Get an email when you get towards the front. Select the seats you want and pay. All sorted in a couple of minutes.

Won't be getting improved until Ticketmaster say so, unless we bin off Ticketmaster which I can't see us doing as we've left ourselves with no capacity or money (assuming we've committed to a multi year deal) for another provider or system.

Never known a home game to sell out so fast. You would hope they have kept some back for people physically queuing.
