Lass at ticket office we spoke to doesnt think this will sell out like
Season ticket deadline should have ended today. Haven't left long enough at all to sell the rest
 

I’m starting to really doubt whether 2 of our 3 season cards are going to work on Saturday.
Money has left my account for 1 of them but not for the other 2 I bought first.
Update… I logged in and checked again and my tickets were showing as reserved as if I hadn’t bought them.
I definitely bought them yesterday and got through to the end. If I didn’t check just because of all the issues people are reporting, I would have rocked up expecting my season card to work.
This time the money is pending to leave my account.

Tried that but as we've had the account about 10 years he has no idea what email account will have been used - if one was ever setup as he was only little when he got his first ticket. Is there no-one I can ring about this as will need to take half day off work if I cant get it resolved - thanks btw

Apologies if I’ve missed it, but does the person you are trying to use the customer number for have a ST for this year or next year? If not, you can’t buy one yet. I’ve tried myself to sort tickets for people with customer numbers. I don’t think this has been well communicated like.
 
Is the system down? I got my 3 today, just logged into each of the 3 accounts and activated them
From where they were reserved.

If the accounts aren't linked properly (or became unlinked like mine had), when/if we get to wembley, you need to be able to buy all tickets in 1 transaction, otherwise they wont be seats together.
 
Checked all of our accounts and the ticket purchases definitely went through, but no confirmation emails. Not even when I press "Resend confirmation email". 🤷‍♂️

For the 100th time, your season card gets activated if you have paid for your season ticket seat.
 
And you think the club have done a fantastic job here, turning phones and email off and late opening of the ticket office tomorrow?

You do realise people at the ticketless office today were season card holders? You realise some of them were turned away? You also realise they have no way of contacting the club until 12 tomorrow when their season ticket seats will be released to general sale :) :) Seriously its beyond shite


I agree, Picking the phone up or an email would have solved a lot of it. I worked in customer services at a high level, this is another shitshow from the caring club
I totally agree with you.

The fact that the phrase "user error" is showing that communication and or how the system works is failing or has failed.
I worked in a call centre once, where on their system it took 82 (IIRC) moves to book an appointment.
Somebody might think that is ok, but it is way beyond complicated and is really set up to fail.

the very fact there are up to 5 hours queues is clear proof the system has failed

again proof the system has failed to show clearly that the season card has been activated.

just imagine how easier it would have been if clear bullet points at the top / start of the letter it said if sc holder, this will be added to your sc (or words to that effect.

I do not read generic emails from start to end and I suspect a lot of others do not.

I can assign tickets etc through mine as I’ve done for aways all season and did at Wembley last season. I’ve just never tried with the last couple of home cup games.
Will have a look at linking it all together after the game Saturday
 
Was just going by what the email said, mate, hence my questioning.

far too many people (I was one) read the confirmation email and read that I would receive another email with an e-ticket attached.
It was later established that if I scrolled to the bottom, it confirmed the ticket had been added to the card.
even that is not true it showed
