You do realise people at the ticketless office today were season card holders? You realise some of them were turned away? You also realise they have no way of contacting the club until 12 tomorrow when their season ticket seats will be released to general sale

I agree, Picking the phone up or an email would have solved a lot of it. I worked in customer services at a high level, this is another shitshow from the caring club
