For phase 2 do we think it will be restricted to 4 tickets per purchase? So if there are 5 of you who are all registered it will need to be two separate purchases by two members of the group? So having linked accounts with the ability to assign/manage doesn't really come into play for this phase?

I think that's correct. Will be 4 tickets per registered account.
 
Assuming they are all season ticket holders (as no one else is yet eligible to buy), then why aren't (80/90 percent of them with the ability to do so) purchasing online which literally takes 2 minutes instead of queueing for hours? :lol:

Surely like majority of people in the queue aren't aware phase 2 hasn't began yet / are trying to blag extra tickets and will just end up being pied off after hours of queueing?

The mind boggles, unless I've missed something obvious?

It takes 2 minutes online if the system is working. For those who are having online problems, which can't be fixed no matter how tech-savvy someone might be, they have no option but to go to the ticket office. Or sack the whole thing off which I'd imagine many people have also done sadly.

i was wondering myself. Assuming we have 28k SC holders(?), then how many 1000s are in the queue yesterday and today? If its been/will be even just 3k+, thats 10% of people arent, or cannot, do it online!? :eek:
 
Anyone had the ‘Unfortunately the items you have selected do not have a common delivery method assigned, please purchase separately’ at checkout. Only got the season ticket seat in the basket.
Mine's exactly the same message ..I've no idea what to do tried loads of times no joy

You have missed the obvious. Many many people are encountering issues. And the only way to solve these issues is to attend the ticket office in person. Every single person around me in the queue at the minute has encountered a problem through no fault of their own.

Read the thread. Some people haven't received their QR code tickets when they've bought other seats than their ST seat, some are getting error messages, some can't get to the payments page. It's a cluster fuck.

Thankfully for me it worked no problem, sorted for 4 people in about 3 minutes half asleep yesterday morning.

To me that suggests you’re buying more than one ticket?

Have you set all of your delivery settings the same as each other?

Apologies if you’ve covered this.

If not, are you able to buy yours individually and see if that works?

i'd like to know that too, what exactly are people queuing for? surely they aren't queuing to go in and simply pay to activate their ST card?

cos if they are, and there are 1000s of current ST holders who don't even know how to go online, login to thier account and activate their current card....then its a massive warning sign that going exclusively digital next season is going to cause absolute mayhem
 
If you're using Gmail, the likelihood is you won't receive an email.
I have Gmail and didn't receive an email notification of my purchase of ticket.
I have registered a new SAFC ticketing account using a BT email address and I’ve received a confirmation email straight away.

🤞 for tomorrow when hell shall be unleashed when I try to buy tickets.

People blaming the club for people forgetting their log in details. I’ve heard it all now :lol: :lol:

not one single person has said that.

if you have forgot your email and login, then the only way to get your ticket is to go down and join the queue. thats the problem.

if they had staff answering the phones and emails then the queue would be a fraction of its size.

Yep, if this is a litmus test then these digital season cards are going to be, as predicted, possibly the greatest public relations blunder / or possibly even blunder the club will ever have made.

Only trying to buy my reserved ticket which is sitting in my basket but when I proceed to checkout getting error code

No, because the staff answering the phone and emails wouldn't be on the desks dealing with in person queries. So it probably balances out, and the queue is just as long. The only saving is for anyone not going down in person.
