The 'common delivery method' issue for part and new season ticket holders is clearly happening en masse and isn't confined to one or two individual cases. It could probably be solved by a click of a button by some tech employee at the club or ticket master but looking at the resources (or lack of them) put into the ticketing operation (no email or telephone communications being answered for example, if that's right) what seems like a problem with a simple resolution is causing huge problems for hundreds, possibly thousands, of supporters. The club should be sorting this out immediately but it appears there is radio silence on the matter.

And this is for a one off game, where we already have cards that can be activated online in two minutes... It could be argued there isn't any reason why anyone with a ST needs to go to the ticket office for this...but here we are, massive queues

What do the club think is going to happen with this digital wallet NFC technology season ticket setup next season ?

It’s quite simple.

If you have bought your current season ticket seat for 22/23 it will be automatically added to your season card.

Anything else and you should receive a ticket in the form of PDF.

According to a significant amount of posters on here it will only be a handful of supporters who will struggle with adding digital STs to Google wallet on NFC phones and uploading thier whole familys tickets and passing the same phone back through the turnstile to loads of kids at the same time... It'll be seamless and only a small number number will need help at that ticket office

I think the problem is that although it should be simple, many people can see their season ticket seat has been added to their account but when they try and actually purchase it they are getting an error message and nothing they try will allow them to buy their own seat. It really is shambolic.

I'd like to see an answer to this question. We could be in the same spot should we get to Wembley. Using a kids ticket to purchase an adult ticket.

Could it be that by trying to do so you're saying it's not the SC holder that's using it?
