Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

Season Card Holders don't need to click on the stadium map. If you do it will look like your ticket isn't available.
As above, in your notifications your seat is already reserved ready to add to basket and pay.

If friends and family in your network need you to get there tickets you need to select them in your network and click to manage there tickets instead of assign tickets, they will receive an email to log into there account to approve the request.
Once this has gone through there tickets also appear in your notifications and you can then purchase there tickets also.

The club should have made this information public before 10am this morning instead of everyone having to work it out for themselves.

Ah, right. I made this mistake & bought one a few rows behind where I usually sit. I assume my seat will just go on general sale

On the bank card side of it , dunno if I've just been lucky, but I was surprised how simple it was. Went to get my wallet out but it had saved my card (visa debit) since last purchase (Fulham cup game) and I didn't even need me card out. Just used that card and it went through. Thought I'd have to put CC code in or something but no.

Surprised at that tbh. Looks like for some its been no where near as easy

Yes, unless the card holder is allowing someone else to use the card, then you will get a paper ticket. I am not a clever dickie, but went down down to the ticket office today (2 hour queue, mid afternoon) and changed my sons ticket for one of my grandsons to go and he was a different category. I could not for the life of me do it electronically.
Just bought my usual seat and recieved this email.
Thank you for your purchase. Your ticket/s will be sent digitally to you.
You can either print your ticket at home or scan your mobile phone at the turnstile.

Very strange. Do you have a mobile hotspot you could try connecting too instead of your normal wifi as it's also linked to an IP Address?

when I tried to access the ticketing section on my PC I got the same, then I tried my mobile and still the same result. So I went to the pub for a pint and lo and behold, away from home I was able to access the ticketing site. I've come home, switched off wifi on my phone and I can access the ticketing section but when I use my internet connection (talkTalk) I can't. Very strange
Anyone got a solution for this got my ticket earlier this morning, but can not now access my account on desktop. Tried different browsers, clearing cookies as suggested on other posts but nothing seems to work

The link to support article doesn't work either.

That's exactly what has happened to me??

I wouldnt be happy with that like.

I know it’s short notice but it would be disappointing if we don’t shift 40,000.

So far everyone I spoken with is going, so fingers crossed the place is packed
We sold out for the Watford game. No chance we don’t do the same for this. It’s a huge game and the bandwagoners are coming on board in their droves. Ha’way

Why are people saving their bank cards to their ticketing account? Ive never saved mine and expected problems with me using a new card but it went through ok without having to save my bank card. The only issue came when I had to access my bank account to confirm it was me and the link didn't work so I had to access it manually which meant I only completed the purchase with about 20 seconds to spare.

So are season cards activated or are tickets sent electronically. Conflicting information on safc twitter vs the purchase email Ive just got

Anyone having issues with authenticating bank details when trying to add a new debit card on their profile?

I keep getting an error message despite doing everything correctly as per the tens of times I do this a month elsewhere.
It seems many people (myself included) are having, or have had the same problem, when it comes to trying to pay for their tickets.

Card is activated.
If you go to your account (icon next to the basket at the top) you will have a notification about a reserved ticket, it will allow you to add to your basket
Cheers mate.
Just seen your reply.
I somehow managed to accidentally locate my reserved ticket, which was held in my account.
