Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

The only thing I can think is are you set up to "manage" tickets for her?

Go to her profile and click on manage and not assign, you may need to get permission again

When I went through it, it had the name under the price on one ticket, nothing on the other. I clicked on the same area on the 2nd ticket and it dropped down to show my mates name. Clicked on it and purchased 2 tickets.

I ended up just doing 2 transactions. Took an extra 2 minutes, no chew on at all other than logging into a different account.

One thing I have noticed today having been looking through my account is that my sons season ticket for next season isn’t showing in my account history. My new seat is but his isn’t. The DD came out this month as it should and I’ve managed to get him a ticket for Saturday but can’t find any trace of it his season ticket in my account history.

It's an absolute shambles not having phone lines open! Utter incompetence.

The money we are saving by not having enough staff will pay for Steve Davis's salary
Doesn't seem fit for purpose, and the club's is incapable of providing help on the issues.

Just turn up early for the match then when it doesnt work stand in a line for the ticket office

If this is a sell out like Watford they were just waving people into the Premier Concourse without even checking/scanning tickets to get the queues in as quickly as possible

That's great isn't it.

Season card holders can't get in, forced to stand in mega queues before kickoff off with kids who were excited for the big game now in tears about missing the kickoff.

If this is true, after the ongoing bother at SOL over the conduct of away fans we need to get our own house in order.

Following the game at full time some mindless knobhead from the finney launches a bottle into the kop, Sunderland fans returned with more bottles then more mindless knobheads from the Finney throw back. 1 was arrested. Bare in mind that block j and block h are full of young kids.
Shortly after a really young North end fan minding his own business gets a bottle launched right in his eye and across his nose from the visiting fans. The lad was in visible distress who was taken to the first aid room with blood coming from his face.
Whilst all this was going on, Stewards, Police where all stood around doing nothing and watching it happen. The copper says, it is all on video and will be dealt with in the coming days. Is that a reason to let it continue? Absolutely shocking scenes. More bothered about people running on the pitch than violent disorder.
This has really shocked me seeing it hit a littl lad in the face, to the point of my little boy who I was hoping to take to a game next season will definitely Not be going to a game for the foreseeable.
The first bottle was thrown from North End side from people who I have never seen on before.”

Happened to me at the Hull game, felt a bit sorry for the steward when I asked if he was taking the piss, but its not their fault. That twat Davison should be made to man the gates.

Am I the only person that has not received an actual confirmation email, have screenshots of the transaction having gone through with the reference number on but no email🤷‍♂️

Don't start what you can't finish... 👀

Nah seriously though. Launching missiles is dickhead behaviour and I'll trust PNE police to sort the job as they've been brilliant throughout

All I saw were a load of half empty pop bottles come flying at us in front of me. Someone caught one and put it on the floor.

Stewards chucked a few Preston fans out but can't say I noticed many coming from our end. I was more concerned about the number of pink smoke bombs that ended up on the pitch, including for the first time one that was thrown because of a goal somewhere else ffs.

Bad crack.
Sounds like Preston started it though? Unless I'm getting stands mixed up.

Awful for the lad who got hit. Absolutely no call for it.
Bolton away last season was worse though. Pathetic from some of our "fans" let alone theirs.

I saw one Preston fan being frogmarched out by police after the game. He was lead out of their stand and then behind the goal in front of the SAFC fans. Think they had him in cuffs

They have bottles in the ground?

It flew in from the Den.
