I agree, the problem lies as much in SAFC inability to set up an intuitive system that works as much in our fans not being able to use it. The fact that so many have problems show that the system is not fit for purpose.

mental that like given Gmail is probably the biggest provider about. I'm just trying to guess my way in at the minute

My account says I don’t have any tickets attached to it - even though my purchase history has the 3 x season cards I bought in November

Then it says this event is not yet available to you when I try to buy tickets. Few people with half season cards having same issue :(

They could be still adding them manually at ticket office

I found this with Fulham tickets and today yet had no bother with wembley tickets last year. Hope there’s a simple solution and it’s user error otherwise will be a right fuck on if we get to the final.
 
daft thing is if you do forgot your customer number it comes straight through on Gmail. it's just the password reset one that won't work 🤬

Is it not just a SC someone purchased yet never uses? I know it sounds bizarre but there’s a few on here that buy kids SCs purely for priority to away tickets etc
