Think it says send email requesting there permission,they have to log onto the email and grant permission for you to manage there account

That’s good to know thanks. I got confused as it said in small writing at bottom of my basket (added to season card), but the confirmation email said,

At top season cards posted in July 🤣. (Thought new ones are all electronic)

Then said home games you’ll get another email shortly with your electronic ticket for the game.

So was confused as to if they were just activating the season cards or not.
 
I have ordered my mine and my mate who I can manage tickets for but my other mate I don’t have permission unless he gets the email I requested sent to him and gives me permission

Yeah you can put them in your basket but when it come to proceeding to check out it won’t let you proceed unless it’s been assigned to eligible members

if you are in the queue and get to go onto the website to buy tickets the first thing you need to do is click on the small face in the top right corner this will take you to the sign in page enter the required details and then sign in, is should come up with all of you're bubble and you can then choose to buy them or not and then check out.
i was at the ticket office last week as i had a problem with one of my bubble and got it all sorted out in 5 minutes so that all 5 of us can manage each others tickets if required and it only took me 2 minutes this morning once i got on the site with a confirmation email less than a minute later, hope this helps and good luck

It seems the email requests to authorise aren't coming through, and the silly sods in my network clearly did frig all about it last time 'round. Me bro's sorted his now so that's one down.

If you've got friends /family in ya network make sure they get on it.
 
For anyone with season cards having trouble picking their seat from map, I found when I logged into my account online a notification that said it had reserved my 3 season card seats for me and my two kids so I just clicked on that notification and it let me add to basket and purchase. Of course that was because they are in my network and I have full permissions to manage their bookings as they are kids and I have their logins anyway so just granted myself permission).

I also had to do it twice as first time when it asked for the credit card authentication but and I select text message it just went back to the basket and I had to do it again (hope I haven’t been charged twice lol).

Aye I had to log into my account and buy mine, then log into the bairns account and buy his.
