I would extend all the way to improve facilities and match day experience but only install in the upper 5/10 rows for now
We don’t need a bigger capacity really just better stadium

Make a black cats style bar all along back of east stand with views onto the stadium and also over milenium way etc other dude give bee in middle, and then underneath is wider improved Concourse with steer food etc to serve east stand and corners etc , 1000 seats in centre east then become hospitality with access to the top bar generating 1m in first season and paying for itself

The SOL need a rethink as what to do with the away fans.Allocate an appropriate space for the demand . Seems far too much of the stadium is wasted on matchdays for the away fans.It's like putting extra meals out for somebody you know isn't coming.

I used to call into The Grapes on Dundas Street, for one of my pre match slurps, back in the late 70's.

As a (then) underage drinker, I went to pre match pubs where no questions were likely to be asked about my age. (Upper Deck, Blandford, Beehive, Old 29, Londonderry, Black Bull, and The Grapes)
