If our record is around 48,300.

Where’s the other 2800 seats?

Would like to know how many are wasted by the away fans not being able to use the front of the north stand upper.

Can't really remember 1000s of seats being empty (when we sold out) between the home and away fans when they used to be in the south stand. I'm convinced all it used to be was a little barrier between the swc and away section.

They've definitely opened up that mysterious buffer zone in the South Stand.

I wish they'd communicate it though.

At the moment you can get 3 and 4 seats together, up until half an hour or so ago that wasn't possible.

Plenty of people who want to go as a group or take their kids etc might have tried then given up.

ok. but it may confuse some who see that and think its to late to buy now.
I mean as much as I appreciate the hard work everyone does to produce the tracker and maintain it, I’m not sure they can be held responsible for people’s assumptions?

If I wanted to buy a ticket and see if there were any available I’d use one of the official club sources like the website or ticket office.

Split the South Stand and there wasn't much gap between the fans. I can remember being in there one game and not being able to see a large section of pitch in the SWC. That was because the entire Leeds support stood throughout with the police and stewards doing nothing, whilst stewards and police turfed Sunderland fans who stood.

I'm not a civil engineer marra, so would never be able to argue against that. However, if a massive sky scraper can be built in a tight space like a major city centre, then extending that stadium would surely be doable? Like I say though there's obviously people that know a lot better than I do.

North Stand extension cost £6m and the land where the swimming pool now is was used as the site set up during construction. It could have been done after the swimming pool but would have been more problematic and presumably more expensive.
