Not Sunderland specific, but anyone been down Hot Rats this morning for Record Store Day? Good to see a canny queue outside. Picked up OCS b sides album
Would have liked that ,around £30???, his wife normally gave home made cakes out in the queue when it was up vine place.

Another classic.
I went to see them with British sea power years ago, and they finished with a git epic song, went on for ages at the end,almost hypnotic. Great song, even sea power were in crowd grooving about to it.Can never remember what it was called though

Can’t remember it live, but it’s got loads of whirry stuff going on, so could well be.

Only saw them twice, Manor Quay & not many were there (apparently it was rammed the previous gig there) & Bar36 for the final gig. Can’t really remember much about either performance
