Millwall Away

Bit of a contrast to our last away game against Sunderland

Horrible fans who turned up at London Bridge to pick off stray Luton fans.

At your place we drank before and after the game in the Sunderland and couldn't have been made more welcome. Just lovely people who really made our weekend.

If we play you next season we have all agreed we will stay Sunderland for the weekend rather than Newcastle.

Saw a post the other week about making your city more unwelcome to away fans. Get that with the shit you've had from Coventry etc but you would lose the sense if uniqueness you have as a fan base.

Anyway, enjoy the rest if the season, pretty sure you,'ll be right in the mix next season

They really are the scum of the earth.

Same experience I had up in Hartlepool last weekend.
Loads of our regulars commenting about it before the game today. Decent people the NE folk. The one’s on here not bad either ;)

A few of my mates of my mates got absolutely battered Hartlepool in the 80's. A long time ago.

As an aside, and I would probably ask Sunderland fans this question, do you have a problem with an opposition fan posting on your board ?

Totally get if you do, it's your board, just don't want to be that uninvited guest that everyone wants to get rid of.

You’re very welcome on here marra. Look closely enough and you’ll see plenty of fans from other clubs posting regularly.

Like every fan board mate, a-holes will slag any other fan off, we have @Swindon On Tour and @Scorefrom a throw in who have both recently been to the NE and met people off here and all had a good time. For me, always welcome any fan who obviously has an opinion but respect where you are and all good, Enjoy your season and hope you beat Boro in the playoffs 👍👍

Best message board bar none.
I am an accepted refugee.
By the way my post referring to the Hartlepool fans last week was the same you encountered with Sunderland - First class.

Not surprised by Millwall, nothing changes.

If you're canny you'll be fine on here.

You sound like a decent poster .....we can genuinely tell the ones wanting a "reaction" , your not one of them 😀

BTW ... what a turnaround from Luton Town! From the conference to play off contenders in the Championship 😲

A bit of context needed, you have a bit of history with Millwall, you had a mob turn up at Millwall one year intent on causing trouble. And of course they ripped your place apart in the 80’s all utterly ridiculous of course but football fans have long memories !

There have been some twatty fans who come up here so I suppose the posts to make our place more unwelcome is so fans don't come taking the piss.

However Sunderland is always a great place to come if you're friendly. I've spoke to fans of loads of teams in pubs in the city centre and there is usually no edge to the day at all.
If you're not acting a twat and are nice , I think we have one of the most accepting fan bases in the country.

Loads of other fans, all welcome as long as there don't act like bellends, even get a few 9/11ers & smogs.
Interesting to get other teams perspective

Swindon you lot have just collapsed right at the important bit mate.

We are absolute dog shit.
Players have given up and close season can’t come soon enough.

Could rant all night mate but can’t be bothered. The apathy around the club is awful.
Droves walked out way before halftime when their 3rd went in.

All down to the poor recruitment. Lack of experience and no physicality at this level.
Getting bullied every week and nothing we can do about it.

Over 9,200 today with Nowt to play for is a decent crowd.

A bonus will be the yellow wankers coming down mate .

Then you can batter the twats.
