I’m surprised at his inclusion at the early part of this season, he’s had countless chances in red ball cricket and not really taken any of them.

Could it be that because he adds value in the white ball format and we’re not exactly flush (if rumours are to believed) that it’s a case of needs must? And he’s being utilised where possible as a ‘cheap’ option??

Either way, I hope he finds some form and nothing would please me more than to see him scoring in excess of 1,000 Championship runs this season.

Yeah thrown an unlikely lifeline in 1st class cricket. Also they must be happy that Bushnell can performas the 4th seamer and therefore opened up a batting slot.

It’s evident Campbell likes the look of Clark. Hope he takes his chance.

A couple of seasons ago he seemed to have a habit of mistiming hook/pull shots and getting caught at square leg. Be good if he’s put that right.

Working earlier today and tried listening to commentary but that failed from 2:30 onwards, now finished for day and watching stream and it’s not in cync. Commentator said bowled him when bowler was still in his delivery stride, still it’s good the season is back and Haway Durham. Can only go Thursday and Friday next week and forecast looking iffy at the moment.

I'm looking to getting to Thursday like but might have to wait until the game after for my birthday looking forward to it
