They really do have issues. We’ll need to tell Jack Ross not to put the kids on a school bus or their owners might try and bomb it.
 
A youth manager is completely different to a first team coach tbf. But his record suggests he's lucky to have any paid job in top flight football at this point.

He did alright with Maja I suppose. Not sure about any others?

He was an intelligent guy, but his aversion to data/ statistics suggests to me he'll not do well there. Who knows though.

He seemed to have a lot of shit to deal with that was outside his role. I believe he requested the club improve the hierarchy to deal with some of it but naturally the Oxford boys stripped the club even further back.
 
Had a few mags messaging me saying it’s a huge step up for Ross managing their kids compared to our first team , wankers the lot of them .

It’s a superb logic. They’ve appointed a bloke who was sacked by Sunderland because he couldn’t get Sunderland out of league one as their head of coaching!

I'm amazed they think he'd be the best available for any job tbf.
 
Nice fella I really liked him and wanted him with us for years. His stock was high when he came in and he give it a go. I wonder how he would have done with KLD at the helm. By all accounts his family have settled in the region so good for him that he can find employment in football that works for him and his family.
