Happy to have him around for another season but not irreplaceable anymore. A decent bid would be considered I suspect whereas last summer it would have had to be a “ impossible to refuse” offer.

When fit and has a number 9 in front of him, he can be a decent player. Struggled as of late mind.
With that being said I could also see him leaving this summer. The Bradley Dack thing doesn't seem to be going away either

Their defence looked better with the Stones/Dias partnership when Dias first came in than it has since, and they have better CBs than them I think. They would look better with a settled pairing.
How old is Dack?
I'm not convinced that it's anything other than a lazy link between him and Mowbray. I wouldn't be surprised to see the club go for another young foreign type.

He's 29, same as Pritchard. Both decent midtable Championship No.10's who've hit their ceiling due mainly to injury problems. If anything Pritchard is more talented but Dack has more goals in his locker (or did once upon a time). If we sold Pritchard & replaced him with Dack it would be pretty much a like for like swap, can't see the point or see our recruitment team going for it. I'm with you it just doesn't seem like the sort of signing we make anymore.
If we were going to sign Dack surely the time to do that was the last window given Pritch was injured at the time & with our problems at CF Dacks ability to fill in at No.9 where Mowbray sometimes used him for Blackburn would have been handy!

Club had 1 year option, but now signed a 1 year contract with another 1 year option, so probably a pay rise too
