Good to hear mate. Hopefully they can have an injury free year and start their careers off. Both got 1 extra year because of their injuries mate

Pleased for him to be offered a pro, next challenge is ripping up the 21s and improving his final delivery. Fingers crossed as he's strong, direct and raw. Hopefully the other wingers who have been out long term have a bit of luck on their side.Looks a very good prospect marra

They all do. Seen a few younger ones leave in the last few weeks from championship clubs to the bigger boys. Even arsenal is under threat.Liverpool will level up by just swooping in and taking our players I assume.
Is that the parents to blame though mate ,we are showing the pathway now big time surely parents need to get the stardust out of their eyes.Yes its hard to turn down and being able to go to the pub telling ya mates the son had signed for Liverpool. We here are backing the kids, as against the big clubs hoovering up and burying the kids ,in some cases never to be seen until they turn out at Fleetwood in the cup with commentators stating lad used to be on Lpools books.Rant overThey all do. All we can do is continue to produce and show them a pathway.
It’s easy to say “blame the parents “ but who can blame a working class family taking advantage of life changing money being offered to them by the bigger clubs ?Is that the parents to blame though mate ,we are showing the pathway now big time surely parents need to get the stardust out of their eyes.Yes its hard to turn down and being able to go to the pub telling ya mates the son had signed for Liverpool. We here are backing the kids, as against the big clubs hoovering up and burying the kids ,in some cases never to be seen until they turn out at Fleetwood in the cup with commentators stating lad used to be on Lpools books.Rant over![]()
I agree here. It's not just us, it's most clubs who can't compete financially. It's not just parents, it's social media pressures, agents, the kids themselves. It’s easy to say “blame the parents “ but who can blame a working class family taking advantage of life changing money being offered to them by the bigger clubs ?
Take away the money and it’s still hard to turn down the chance for your son being coached by and playing with the best around . Even if you do fall by the wayside , you can still have a very profitable career with clubs lower down the food chain and you can have no regrets about not giving it a go .
I blame the system allowing the clubs to do this , not the kids and families themselves .
Will have to agree to disagree mate. It’s easy to say “blame the parents “ but who can blame a working class family taking advantage of life changing money being offered to them by the bigger clubs ?
