Really can't see how we can get through the remaining games

Not ideal by any means but not totally important , we won't go down. That was the target this season. People need to calm down . let's see how the squad is improved come the summer. This season to all intents and puposes is over and been a success.
I would say very important we don't. 7 defeats in a row would be disastrous

Wouldn’t even bother with Gelhardt starting next game. Keep him on the bench and bring him on later in the game. I have no idea how we’re gonna play and it’s the clubs fault.
Probably in the loan deal that he has to have so many starts.
If it is so many games, then by all means bring him on as sub

Some drama queens on here.

We have been hammered by a very average Stoke side who are still below us. How did this happen:

1 - our support made this game about 1 man - their manager, we forgot about playing football and decided to continue this silly vendetta;
2 - its been a long hard season for a very young side and it has caught up with them
3 - we have no centre forward

For the remainder of the season we should have 1 ambition IMHO - win our remaining home games. Our record, yet again, at the SOL> is very poor and if we win our last few league games at home at least we can end on a high and give back to the nigh on 40000 who have come through the gates week in and week out.

We might also be near the play offs if we did this.

All is not lost. Regroup, win our home games and see where we end up.

1. I thought Neil got off lightly - a few chants directed his way but that in no way dictated how the game went.

2. It’s been a long hard season and despite the manager pleading for an experienced midfield player and two forwards in the window - the recruitment team provide neither.

3. We have been found out big time. Get in their faces, bully them and they can’t handle it.

Mowbray is trying to do the job with one hand and one leg tied behind his back and probably the only thing stopping him walking away is the fact that the hierarchy have obviously told him not to worry and the only thing the club ever wanted to achieve this season was survival.

Reactions: PS
We'd honestly be competing for top 2 imo if Stewart had been fit all season. Never would of thought that this time last year. Today was diabolical and I think that's us done now this season. Injuries throughout the season have fucked us up, and more so with Stewart and Evans, but lack of striking options has also let us massively down. Can't fault our recruitment other than only signing Geldhart for thar position in January. It's proved to be a disaster. Very frustrating season but just got to move onto next season now I think. We'll finish anywhere in-between 9th and 15th. Good recruitment, keep the majority, and a proper push next year 👍

Agree with this and the post above yours. Calling for TM's head is ridiculous.
