Mowbray

I wouldn’t have given him the job. Then I was surprised by the football he plays/how seamlessly he guided us after Neil left. Now I’m worried about his old habits/trends starting to show.

I wouldn’t be against him being relaxed because I agree he probably has a low ceiling (he may be at it already). I just can’t see it happening bar us losing every game or something.

Right now we are crying out for some bold changes, some to be given a rest and others given a chance. I’m not sure he’s the sort of manager to do that though.

This is it for me. I’m starting to worry that everything we were told about him is actually true.

Although I also think he knew we were punching way above our weight and he expected some shots results and soon.

I hope he changes it and makes some dramatic changes. Maybe plays these other young lads that need time and will be hungry. Our lads look devoid of ideas and utterly broken at the minute.

That draw at Fulham was the start of it all.

He’s punched above his weight and now he’s out of ideas. He’s reverted to a career wide standard.

He won’t improve us any further.
I actually don't think he's punched above his weight. Rather, as others have said, his poor run of results seem to have been par for the course over a number of years.

Embarrassing result today but don’t understand how fans can be having a pop at him.

Done an unbelievable job considering the hand hes been dealt from above him.

Minimal championship experience and no strikers would catch up to any side in the championship. Frustratingly just got to write this season off and hope people have learned you can’t refuse to spend money on championship quality players when you are actually playing in that league.
Well said, I don't really like him but speakman and Co have well and truly stitched him up

The thing that worries me is football is all about momentum, I don’t want to sleepwalk into next season

The Bristol game for me. If we hold on for the win at minute 93 I reckon we get at least four points from the last three.

What worries me the most is that we are awful for the rest of the season and stick with him purely as he’s a yes man. Today was really bad

Are we allowed to question him this week?

Or is it the referee/ Speakman/ KLD/ Dodds/Proctor/ Joyce in the canteens fault we’ve been set up absolutely woefully today?
Subs strange today. I would have brought O9 on in CM to give us a bit steel, instead he puts him on at LB.🤷‍♂️

He’s done a decent job, however his lack of playing staff in key positions is starting to turn our season into a struggle for him.

He's a good manager but has been caught short with a young team that has run out of steam and no CF.

If anyone can regroup the team and turn things around its him.

Just give him time.

Did he do what he did today with the team selection on purpose ?
I'm clutching at straws at his decisions

Had a bad day today, but this result has been coming for a while. Not enough experience in the team, and playing without a striker - he’s really working with one hand tied behind his back.
He’s basically the fall guy for Speakman and Dreyfus for me. Won’t complain, will dig in and go til the end.

But sustainability is what every young fan dreams about at the end of the day.

Christ I don’t think City fans would give Guardiola as much praise as this

‘if anyone can regroup this he can’ :)
