Mowbray

No point at all in changing the manager. This current board have zero ambition just look at the January window. Sad thing was we didn't need a load of money chucking at it either. Once again we implode and this has told me all I need to know about the direction we are going in. This right now is as good as it gets mid table each season.

Embarrassing result today but don’t understand how fans can be having a pop at him.

Done an unbelievable job considering the hand hes been dealt from above him.

Minimal championship experience and no strikers would catch up to any side in the championship. Frustratingly just got to write this season off and hope people have learned you can’t refuse to spend money on championship quality players when you are actually playing in that league.

awful team selection
awful subs
no lihadji no Ba
stood there for 35 minutes and accepted being torn a new one by stoke

We needed physicality and freshness and had O'Nien and Ekwah on the bench. Perfectly reasonable to ask why they didn't start when we've looked lightweight for weeks.

He’s been better than I expected although my expectations were low to start with. He’s done alright.

His team today though was a mistake. It was instantly questioned on the match thread so it’s not hindsight..

We’ve lost 1-5 at home today to a team below us.

He deserves criticism for that.

Goes at the end of the season for me.

Why the fuck did we start with Pritchard in midfield when you have Ekwah , Ba and Mitchut on the bench.

Ekwah has barely had a kick so presumably he’s either unfit, not ready or shite. Ba has barely featured all season let alone started in the league. Bennette is another that barely gets a kick.

He just doesn’t seem to fancy any of them for whatever reason.

Think maybe he sees the end of the season out and that’s it for me.

He didn’t sign the players, so they can work with someone else I reckon. Start someone new with a full pre season ahead of them.

Given he was already in and around the club, he’s committed himself to bringing on young players, and those above him have obviously made a decision not to push for promotion this season I would be very, very surprised.

They will say “January window, Simms going back, Stewart/Evans injuries cost us. Start again in the summer”.

To some degree that’s correct, but today was awful.

Based on today aye.

I’m sure he wouldn’t want to be going into the business end of a championship season with no strikers, a weak as piss centre midfield and a load of foreign bairns though.

I just think he’s been totally stitched up and it’s only going to get worse (not 5-1 worse but a lot more defeats and poor performances)

2 weeks ago It all looked great and he could probably look forward to next season with great optimism but factoring in his abysmal end of season form at other clubs and the way this is going pear shaped he will do well to start next season as our manager

1 point from 4 games against teams who were below us in the table culminating in a 5-1 spanking from our ex-mananger is pretty tragic let's be honest.

He's been dealt a shit hand with no strikers but questions need to be asked about his decision to play Pritchard and Neil in a midfield 2
